Will items that are currently sold out become available for delivery at a later point in time?

Please contact us if you wish to know about a product that is currently out of stock so we can tell you about it’s availability. 

How do I take care of the fabric? Can your products be ironed?

Yes it can be steam-ironed. Since most of our knitwear is made using wool or cashmere, please keep in mind they are not machine washable so needs to be dry cleaned.

Do your products pill?

Cashmere and wool are prone to pilling, which is natural and not a bad thing. Over time, pilling actually softens the fabric with wear. Simply make sure you have a fabric comb to gently de-pill and keep the garment looking its best.

How do I return an order?

Simply email us or contact us through our dedicated WhatsApp business (+44 7562591793)  number and we will help you with the return.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We normally will never do this but in case we might be out of stock on a particular design of a product, we may have to cancel it or offer you a replacement.

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Of course you can. Simply let us know by contacting us.

We offer a standard service with delivery in up to 5 days, or an express option that delivers your order by the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the UK and globally as well.

What payment methods do you accept?
We acccept all types of cards.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, so you can be assured that your card details are safe.

Returns

What is the return policy for orders?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If the return is initiated by the buyer and there is no physical issue with the product, a £5 return fee will be deducted when processing the refund.
When can I expect my refund?
Within 3-5 busienss days.
